Esprit

B.R. Fries built out the clothing company’s flagship store at 650 Fifth Avenue, formerly a Barnes & Noble bookstore, which involved renovating 2ó floors including the concourse, ground floor, and mezzanine.

The retail build-out included refurbishing existing escalators and elevators, and renovating flooring with Brazilian wood and German tile. Highly detailed ceilings, lighting, glass railings, a raised platform in the sales area, finishes and coatings on the walls and partitions, and working with ceiling heights of varying elevations and in tight confined spaces added to the challenges of this project.
